These customers inquired about a property, and filled out a lease application a few days later. Unfortunately during the time they were considering applying for the property, the move in availability date was changed by the landlord and did not meet their needs. This was understandably frustrating to the clients, but I found their calls and texts increasingly hostile, so I regrettably had to block them.
